The Biscotti by the Bunch story…
I have been baking Italian biscotti cookies for over 15 years. As a retired hygienist by trade and several corporate relocations for my husband’s career, I felt the need to reinvent myself. I had been baking these delicious “softer” biscotti cookies for friends, parties, bridal showers, baby showers, schools, corporate events, and local charity events.
People could not get enough of these “softer” biscotti! ​
They loved the biscotti single baked allowing it to be “softer” and NOT hard like store-bought. Changing the product to “softer” relates to the retired hygienist in me I suppose; what can I say, I love teeth! Certainly, they are not a traditional hard biscotti but are very well received none the less. So with positive feedback, I was encouraged to package my biscotti and begin marketing them to the public, which lead me to start the business full time here in historic Zoar, Ohio in 2010. The “I” has now become “we", including my husband and our three older children. They are all involved in some capacity with packaging, sales events, deliveries and their favorite part - taste testing!!

Our biscotti are preservative free and have no artificial sweeteners. We use only wholesome local ingredients. SIMPLE is our recipe which includes real butter, real sugar, free-range fresh local eggs, along with a delicious homemade taste! Our biscotti are handmade to order in small batches, affording the freshness that people expect from a high-quality premium product. We offer a large variety of flavors with our list ever-growing, and we are sure that you will find one of your favorites among them! Our biscotti are an ideal addition to any meal, whether as a delectable dessert, a delightful breakfast treat, or a rejuvenating afternoon "pick me up." Moreover, they are irresistibly scrumptious when dipped into your favorite beverage.
